MEET YOUR PSYCHOLOGIST

Dr. Therese Mulligan

Hi, I’m Dr Therese Mulligan.

I am an Irish Clinical Psychologist who works with people experiencing a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties. Over the past decade, I have worked across public mental health services in New Zealand, Scotland, and Ireland, supporting people through challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, psychosis, chronic mental illness, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. Whether you are seeking therapy, a deeper understanding of yourself, or a neurodiversity assessment, my goal is to provide a thoughtful, collaborative, and compassionate space where understanding and, if needed, meaningful change can emerge..

Dr. Therese Mulligan
Experienced Clinical Psychologist

Making Sense of Your Experiences

Psychological assessment and formulation help develop a deeper understanding of your experiences, strengths, and patterns, creating a clear foundation for meaningful and lasting change.

Psychological Therapy Tailored to You

Therapy is guided by a shared psychological formulation, drawing from a range of therapeutic approaches to meet your individual needs, goals, and circumstances.

Supporting Complexity

Whether you’re facing anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, psychosis, or longstanding patterns that feel difficult to change, therapy offers a collaborative space to better understand yourself and move forward.

Adult Autism & ADHD Services
